Anton Colorado House

 The Anton Colorado House is a House/Chalet located in the Conil de la Frontera field. Composed by 2 bedrooms, both with two individual beds, hall/dining room, kitchen and bathroom. The house is fully equipped, full kitchenware. In the renting price the sheets and towels for the contracting people are included. There’s the possibility of two additional people with a supply, see details in the prices section.

It’s a 900 m2 plot, the house is 70 m2, there’s a 7x4m private and fenced pool to avoid easy access for kids, so they can play in the lawn without problems. In the 500 m2 garden, that surrounds the house, there’s a barbecue area with a sink, ideal for some barbecues with family and/or friends on summer nights.

For stays longer than 7 nights there’s a mandatory cleaning in charge of the client, including changing of sheets and towels, the price is 10€ per hour. Extra cleaning service under the petition of the client.

The price for long weekends, New Year’s Eve and Christmas are not shown in the fares, ask for information. Also, for this accommodation we ask for a minimum bail of 150 euros, whether you rent families, couples or friends groups.

In the Anton Colorado House, pets are welcome, and the pet owner is responsible for possible or eventual destruction and/or damages.

The House is close to some of the most known Restaurants of the Colorado area, of Conil de la Frontera like: Venta El Colorado.

Note: we notify our clients that, during the stay in this accommodation, our Gardener and the pool maintenance man will have access to the exterior area only, always with previous notice and according with the clients that rents it.
